Ciao, mi sono appena iscritto perchè sto cercando un telo per la mia 999R. Ho visto che tu ne avevi qualcuno da vendere. Ne hai ancora uno? Grazie. Manuele.
Hey I saw you had posted in a thread a few years ago about 3D scanning parts. If you wouldn’t mind contacting me
Hi David, I’m a new member on the Forum .Your 916 is stunning.I have a 95/96 Strada which is American spec.Single seat,Ohlins rear shock as standard.(Yanks wouldn’t have Showa)Your bike has the same fairing decals as mine.I can’t source them.Just imported a set from Holland but wrong again.Any info on where I might find some ? Thanks,Neil (Cumbria)
Any chance you can share more images on how you mounted the OEM fog lights when you've got the SW Motech crash bar fitted? I've got the same issue so I need to fabricate a new mount somehow.
My bike was registered in 96.I have spoken with the original owner who bought it pretty much as it is today. He confirmed the spec.when bought (Ohlins rear etc.)I have all of the history, including photographs of the damage he did when dropping it on the track at Rockingham !One lap was enough he said. This is my third Duke,I’m trying to improve it.Thanks again, Neil
I’m trying to locate a new LHS panel decal to match the bike’s originals. The bike was one of ten destined for California and Hi-jacked by Hoss Elm of Moto Cinelli or he would revoke his major dealership franchise for lack of new bikes. The USA bikes all had Ohlins rear shocks as standard.I may have got lucky, the decal arrives on Tuesday from Holland. Many thanks for your help.
Hi Kev,I’m a new member here and I saw your pic.of your SP3 panels. My Strada is a 95/96.I described it as such because many of the components on the bike have the elephant cast into them with 95 also. The wheels, the cylinder head castings, the brake callipers are all marked 95.Are the panels in the pic.are marked as 95 or 96,and are the decals originals or have you replaced them at any time ?
It's a '96 SP3 - owned from new. Original parts, and all original paintwork and decals (minor work but no respray). No elephant as this was earlier. I would need to take panels off to check dates but I suspect they are 95/96. K
First of all I wish you a Merry christmas. I'm interested in the 749R fairing LH side and front mudguard you have listed. Would you post to Hungary if you can ? Thanks in advance ...Istvan
Hi, you mentioned to me that you have a steering damper for a 1200s. Can I have further details please, thanks.
Hi, could you please help me to solve a problem with my Multi 1200 dvt. It seems it is a similar problem that you had. The engine cranks slowly, fuel and sparks are ok, I checked everything and changed a lot, even with a new starter motor and new cables the bike won't start. Could it be a bad flywheel?
Hi, Is the strada still available, if so could you advise on mileage, chassis number please, also date of first registration and picture of dash. Many thanks Steve
Hi there Shobishi. Serious thread revival question Shoboshi but did you ever get those lighter DVT Mutley throttle return springs manufactured as I'm in real need of one !! Many thanks. Rich.
Hi Boggy.. Unfortunately, no. I had no response from anyone and ended up using cricket bat rubber, which I eventually got used to and helped alleviate most of the problems. Regards Norm.
Ah. Righto Norm. Thank you. Will need to revert to standard spring. Unfortunately not spared on its own as far as I can see. Looks like purchase of a second hand unit is the only option. What a pita.
