You haven't heard the evidence, Ron. Unless you are a judge, you really aren't entitled to an opinion. Come back when you have gone through the court transcripts and then had proper legal training. You ought to wear a nice white wig too, if you wish to be taken seriously.
Surely Ron doesn't need to hear the evidence - that is the judges's job - found guilty and she admits pushing the guy. We are all entitled to an opinion - in my opinion !!

You may find that there may be a forum member who may have been a judge who may feel that the rest of us really may want to not have opinions as we may not know all the facts and may be basing said opinion on what may have been in the Daily Mail. He may of course know far better. That is what Loz meant. Maybe. Nice dog by the way.

I`m selling an S4R ! Blimey what a coincidence. Its on the for sale forum on here. No idea how to link it as rubbish with technology.
If we are having a competition then I have 2 dogs, a cat, 7 chickens, 3 ducks and a horse (well Mrs Dukesox has the horse) so I reckon I`m ahead in quantity and weight terms.
It's systematic of a disconnection from our shared view on societal punishment & what the courts deem judicially fair. But don't kill someone with a knife or hammer,...go use the tram tracks it would seem. Why can't we have the full details published once the conviction is completed. Rather than how we all are stirred into reactive actions (by posting) of a frankly pathetic 2.5years prison sentence for murder.
