Finally my SuperSprox has arrived after waiting six months so going to put on a new chain and a new front sprocket at the same time as replacing the rear, the question is can I remove front sprocket without taking off the rear suspension and rear set? Cheers Rich
Yep. Just.... You need the clutch slave off and removing the case saver plate helps to. That's the fiddlesticks bit as it carries the rubber guard, but it's doable
If the chain is removed first there’s plenty of room to get the sprocket off without removing the metal guard Obviously crack the sprocket bolt before cutting the chain off though.
