if so, does anyone get turbo whistle? it was silent upto 7000 miles, now its started! Im wondering if waste gate is stuck slightly, or pinhole in charge cooler etc? thoughts appreciated
Got a 2016 Bi Turbo - no issues and covered 21,000 miles since new. Older models had Turbo issues, @finm services some but is away getting pissed in the Scottish big smoke
thanks Exige, i forgot to say, i was conned and ended up with single turbo cdti 115 brake horses. obviously ins under warranty, but guessing like you will avoid Evans at all costs? Powers still there, so cant be much
Bought mine from Evans in York last August, zero miles pre reg for £13,500 + vat, it won't be going back for servicing, already had it done at my local garage even though under warranty
They have business + for £14100 plus vat. A lot of van for the money. Considering one as my 2.0cdti has 130k on now and fancy something nicer.
Mine is a Sport in metallic black Averaged over 50mpg so far driving it sloooow and easssssy... It's fab to drive, had black windows fitted side and rear and took the top half of the bulkhead out too.
not a patch on the old model, but still a good buy. there is no substitute for cubic capacity . lots of seals that rubbed on the paintwork are simply absent, and most amusing the sound deadening on the front wings is insulation wool wrapped in black plastic! Anyone one want some cheap genuine vivaro mudflaps?
I think they’re a great van. I’ve had a mk1 and mk2 Considering a twin cab transit custom as the rear seats come out super easy and it would be handy for the kids etc but your looking at 12k plus vat for a couple of year old one. Could buy the same age vivaro/trafic wothout back seats for £8500-10k plus bat
Why people buy Turkish built Transits over UK built Vivaro's and pay more for the privilege I'll never understand
