  2. Thank you mate. Yes it’s always good doing a job and seeing the progress isn’t it. Nearly there now. Look forward to it being ready for the summer. Done a lot on it in 3 weeks of having it.

  3. You need to sort that shock though, :worried: And get a hugger or it'll happen again. :upyeah:

I'm sure you'll get there. Rebuild threads are good to read, keep it coming.

  4. Spring is currently off at the powder coaters mate. I can only get it realistically clean and rideable. Would love to get the motor paint sorted really but that’ll have to wait. Just a general overhaul for now but it’s coming along well. Currently looking for a carbon hugger aswell

  5. There is no doubt that Harpic does make exhausts sparkle and your newly cleaned items look great @chunka57

Just be careful when using such products though as they can do the job lovely, but at what expense... I wouldn't have thought a one off application would be too bad so long as it was thoroughly washed off all surfaces it came in to contact with but the link below is perhaps worth a read and considering before repeating on a regular basis.

  6. Thanks Ben. I’ll not be doing it again for sure. I left it on while I had a brew hosed off then set about 4 stages of polishing so pretty confident no bleach has survived I’ll not let it get mucky now mate. Previous owner mustn’t of been very fussy on having a clean ish bike.
