OK, everyone speeds on here at some point, and like some have already said, in the correct time and place, its a victim less crime. Some of you have said it should be a custodial sentence ?? Are you friggin insane ?? Go to prison whereby you lose your license, job, house, wife and kids etc etc, for fecking speeding ? A few seconds short shifting on a modern bike can have you at easy 3 figures speeds, and so you're suggesting prison for this few seconds of madness. Even if they do a month in prison, and a serious habitual criminal does 10 years ? It's not the time done in prison, its the after effects, and so for a few seconds on the throttle, the person stands to lose as much as any other serious criminal, and some of you think this is fair ?? I think that car and bike folk should be punished the same....But prison, for going fast ??
No far from it - i dont think it should be custodial but, it invariably is, for bikers, for far less...thats my point...

If that is a genuine police officer, he should have his licence taken away from him. The video is not evidence that any of the 5 riders exceeded the speed limit only that the “police” rider had to do 150mph to catch them up having decided to stop them probably having been travelling in the opposite direction at the time. A half decent Brief should have been able to kick that charge into touch. Andy
Looked like they were doing normal speeds to me. Maybe police don’t get that, in order to catch up with them, they must be going slower than you
