I have one on mine. It was on retention then I decided I may as well stick it on my bike rather then in a draw
Apparently the market in personal plates is on the up (says the auction house but I suppose they would say that). https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-northamptonshire-44570328
I was given one as a present years ago. Kept in on a car for a polite period of time. It’s been on retention ever since. It will remain so unless either of my offspring turn out to be a disappointing narcissist and want one. But each to their own
Some private plates here in Devon but couldn't help noticing on a brief foray to Essex that it almost seems to be the norm there.
We had three during the eighties, mother had 1RBB on a porsche, father had KT1 on retention and i had A911 POR ..........what ever gets you through the Day
You are soooooo lucky! Changing your name by deed poll to Vav is only £9.99, plates are at least £250....
SWMBO has K155 then her initials. And strangely enough one of our neighbours got K155 and their initials about a year after.
One pissed up Friday evening I thought JH08NOB was cool, so I bought it (£250 from DVLA). Problem is, I put it on my GSA and that's a 2 line plate. So everyone just sees the last 3 ........ and still think it's personal to me I hate it when a plan falls apart
My Pani's reg plate ends (purely coincidentally) with "ET", and the 1100 Sport ends in "RSO" which sounds like a Japanese person saying "Arsehole" if you say it fast enough
Can't believe near 40% say yes. (Must be one member with ten forum accounts. Yeah, that'll be it). How about this one then.....m' lady. Take the motor too - it's red...ish.
