1200 DVT Rough Start-up

  1. Done a Mivv exhaust and decat about 500mls ago and everything is great but just lately when I start up cold and warm if it's been stood for a while it ticks over at 1800revs and pops a bit, after 30seconds it slows down to normal .it did have a booster plug fitted and it seems to have started since I took it off. Any need for me to worry ! !

  2. Open throttle 1/2mm before starting & release throttle once it starts up. Job...

  5. Ok, mine never did but now it's doing it but I'm happy knowing it's a common thing.

  6. It only seems to do it in touring mode on mine.

  7. I tend to only use Touring Mode and only when the engine is completely cold. Cov Ducati assure me it's completely ok

  10. mine did this for the first time today. turned over forever and started popping through the airbag. shut it down and tried again, luckily it fired. this was in urban mode
