For sale a pair of Brembo M50 front calipers removed from my 1299s. Included are the bleed nipples bango bolts and pads with 3000 miles road use. Price £395.00 plus postage.
Is it right that these were designed for 330 mm discs, and fitting them on something that has 320mm units will require shortening of the fork support ? Assuming it has no spacer fitted. What is the width of these please.
The 1299s has 5mm (loose) spacers between the caliper and the fork radial mounting to accomodate the 330mm diameter discs. If you have 320mm discs, just omit the 5mm spacers. Andy
Not on my forks that have no spacers. Just done a bit of research and found they have 30mm pistons instead of the M4 which are 34 mm pistons, so does the Pani have a 16mm master cylinder
There’s no need to cry, just pointing out that brand new ones without the 3000 miles of wear, are available for £100 more. A bargain is £300, £400 is just the 20% vat off
get em waz....then you get to spend even more money on an rcs....i can whole heartedly say that the m50 caliper is better than the m4 (got m50's/rcs17) setup on my rsv4.... Ps i think youve still got KTM forum-itis where once bought everything is worth fuck all!!
