Yet another chancer with 90 previous offences (obviously didn't set any alarm bells ringing) manages to take £45k off the Council living in a £190 per night hotel and eating/drinking at their expense.

He also got a reduced sentence for dishonestly telling a previous judge in a court appearance of his fictitious life in Grenfell, and that was accepted at the time.

I reckon that deserves some sort of award .......

  2. I thought I heard one report today say he was actually burgling the place...

  3. You couldn't make it up

  4. A waste of skin.

More good tax money spent after bad, putting him up for the next 6 (3) years of his worthless life.

  7. Effing scuzzer! Well he will be picking up the soap for the next few years, which I hope will teach him the error of his ways.

  8. What surprised me was just how little media attention was given to a resident called Eamon Zada.

He had history of Fraud and had previously operated a credit card factory that swindled banks out of £1.6 million.
In 2009 Zada was jailed for five years for a high-tech cloning operation that could intercept credit card details from phones. Four extra locks were fitted to his door and as police broke in with battering rams Zada was throwing credit cards from a window and trying to feed others into a shredding machine.

After the Grenfell fire, the police were going through the flats and found he had set up a cannabis factory with 14 kilo's of Cannabis and 700gs of cannabis oil in his flat but also in his flat where multiple gas canisters.

Ignoring the drugs for a moment, you do have to wonder how much of an impact gas canisters would have had on that fire and why it has been so under reported

  9. The Narrative comes first, noob. First, last and everything in between. It is more important than truth, more important than justice, more important than any number of lives.

I am so mad for knowing the purpose behind The Narrative, the underlying reason for it. I suspect my children or my children's children will find out, when it is far too late.

  10. The narrative was jumped on quite quickly by the anti government parties. They largely ignored the amount of illegal subletting which caused a huge amount of identification issues and delay, it seemed to gather an almost Sister Theresa aura in that the answer far from being a whitewash would more likely be a very one sided, half informed review.

This is always the trouble when you have a very emotive situation, often people are too afraid to release all the truth so they release a review that will do the least community relations damage instead.

  11. Yes, because living a lie that does nothing to promote a wider understanding of issues and a real, informed compromise, always works. Every time. No, really.

  12. Because they were too bust castigating Theresa May for not showing her face 27 seconds after the fire, hand wringing and personally knocking on every door withing a 3 mile radius to ask how people were. Or maybe they didn't have time to fit the story of this thieving scumbag in to their schedules, due to reporting on Donald Trump and broadcasting Brexit doom stories for 58 mins in every hour.

  13. After Mays appalling PR gaffes following the Grenfel disaster, the press certainly did hound her. Still its like my mother always said, you make your bed and you lie in it. Maybe May is in the wrong job?
