    Recently acquired a 1996 900SS.
    A bit of work to do before she's roadworthy, but already enjoyed reading loads of your helpful posts and replies.

  13. Only thing I’ve done so far is give it a good clean and got a bit of wax as protection. Caranuba wax

  18. Welcome, that's the bike I wanted when I bought my Monster! - the SS was just too harsh on my wrists but I'm 6' 2" enjoy.

    Did the bike come with any history? Where did you find it?

    Yeah, it seems really good so far.
    The bike has been sat in a garage for the past 5 years. I don’t have any history before that.

    The main things it needs re cosmetic, but it definitely needs plenty of tlc and an oil leak fixing.
