A resin floor screed with a UV sealer. You'd need to form a drain before the screed is applied. An upstand can be formed easily.
Here's the spec. A decent local specialist resin floor installer should be able to help you. Its normally for industrial or disabled applications. I have done a private house with it. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances for a wooden floor, despite what anyone tells you. The other option is a shower floor liner that can be tiled on top of. Then just a glass screed or a shower curtain. Pretty straightforward and that can work with wooden floors. I installed one in my dads about 8 yrs ago without any issues since.
