  6. Unfortunately Snr. Claudio Domenicale, although he may well be a brilliant engineer and a brilliant manager, is a terrible presenter. He doesn't look right, he doesn't sound right, he is not fluent or articulate enough, and his English is too patchy. His whole performance is just cringeworthy, year after year. Why on earth does't he engage a professional presenter who can actually present professionally?
