  2. is there currently a serious move to stop daylight saving? or is just an annual event?
    bit of a pisser if it gains traction.

  6. up here it could mean it getting light around 3,30-4am in the summer and well after 9am in the winter.
     
  7. In the far north of Scotland or the Islands it might not be light until 10.00am during winter!
     
  8. I've always been against changing the clocks BUT although fecking inconvenient, I now think that it is right - unless Scotland and N.I. are an hour different to England and Wales.

  12. Flying to Vietnam on Wednesday (now 7 hours ahead) so sticking with BST!

  14. It could be worse, my parents told me that during the war they had double summer time saving, two bloody hours different, personally I'd prefer if they left the bloody clocks alone :confused:
