I know a girl who emigrated out there and ventured outside one night in shorts. She got bitten by insects quite badly and was in a right state. Can't remember what they were. I like living in a part of the world where nothing is going to kill me. Everytime I venture to the Iberian peninsula, all dogs have rabies in my mind and I'm nervous. I'd be a wreck in Oz. I suppose you get used to your environment and it becomes the norm. Hands up who's ever been to Spain for 2 weeks and killed themselves with sunburn due to being a knacker.
Why do they keep escaping from their section of the forum cause it's feekin' boring https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/forums/australia.143/
OK, OK, but this is the view out the front, and you can't hear the native birds, nor smell the eucalypt tree out the front. And you better be bloody well grateful for a cripple getting up and walking out to the front just to make you blokes sigh for a minute and think "what if"?
Looks like a big explosion to me. Is that Krakatoa going up? Thank f**k we don’t have volcanoes here!
Still 10c. Been 10c every day & night for the past week. See, it’s temperate here. Believe me 10c is positively balmy. All due to the Gulf Stream. Mind you, according to Met Eireann we have a cold spell coming in.
