Wife in New York so the January diet is totally fucked. Just had left over Chinese and Papa Johns for lunch. Whoops.

 

Been checking bank balance

And booked some dates for Easter trip

And doing my best to stop working getting in the way

It's the wife's birthday next week, so this morning I asked her if there was anything in particular she would like?

"Something involving diamonds would be nice" was her answer.

So this afternoon I went into town and bought her two sets of playing cards

 

Ordered a Brexit Box. 300 quid for dried food and a fire stick. Oh and it's got a water filter.

Got the Air con fitted.

Dug the front up in preparation for block paving. I hope the grab wagon turns up tomorrow as I'm on a tight timescale.

 

Just cooked some bubble and squeak with a fried egg on top, food of the gods

Today I struggled through yet another of my ever diminishing Monday's.. another day older and closer to death...
But on a plus note, Simon from s and s racing text me to say that the exactfit starter cables turned up and were fitted to my 749 today... they is the bollocks he says...

The temperature almost made double figures today so put some more much needed miles on the V4. Bloody thing is addictive Andy

 

Cleaned out the airbox on my v4 a couple of weeks back....nice mild day so took it to work for its monthly run (cant see the point in 'storing' bikes) when theres bound to be at least one dry day per month. Into the 9th year of ownership and it still make's me laugh out loud opening it up...

Just placed an advert today in the new combined Practical Sports Bikes / Performance Bikes magazine for a 12 month run - included the Forum again in the add

 

Really good bit of kit, better than most makes.
Professionally installed?
Certificated pressure test and under 0.5mTorr vacuum, held for the 60mins?
Should get a 5 or 7 year warranty depending on who installed it.
Keep the filters clean, every 2 weeks of use.....should last +20 years.
PS.
It's too close to the ceiling!
Rule of thumb...... distance top to ceiling should be same as the units depth.
You may get excessive noise at full fan and it's going to be a bitch to keep clean.
