Six Nations

  1. Well, a wins a win I suppose.

  2. Wales have got the fitness to give then credit. France and Italy run out of steam. Interesting to see how Wales do against Ireland or Scotland.

  3. Re the Ireland v Scotland match all I can say is ‘thank goodness a better Ireland turned up today’. I’m glad we won but frustrated we couldn’t get the bonus point we desperately needed. That apart, it was w cracking game of rugby, one of the best since Ireland beat the All Blacks. It was a cracking game even if Ireland weren’t playing and it had been the same game with Scotland v AN Other Team.

Now I need France to beat England tomorrow. :D

However - not looking forward to Cardiff in a couple of weeks.

  8. I watched the last 20mins. :) Bloody waste of time, no points scored. :(

That ginger kid didn't look like a Frenchie. A bit like Prince Harry doesn't look like a Royal. :eyes: I wonder if his French mother had a Scottish milk man?

  13. It pains me to say it but this years 6 Nations is now won by England :(.

With 2 bonus points in the bag and the massive PD they have, the only way they can be stopped is by Wales winning all 3 remaining games AND getting a bonus point in each game (and one of those games is against England!) AND England would have to get no more bonus points (you can just imagine how many tries they’ll run in against Italy) AND lose to Wales without getting a losing BP. I’d say the odds on all that happening are pretty long!

England certainly are playing well :(

  15. Wales don't need a bonus point from each of their final games to win.. the championship doesn't quite work like that.
If they were to win the final 3 games by a single point in each game they would still win the 6 nations and thus the GrandSlam also. If you win the slam you get an extra 3 bonus points..

However, lose just one of those games and it's all in England's favour which is looking extremely likely and we'll deserved this year.

  19. Why?? Ireland spanked NZ recently. Then we spanked Ireland in their own backyard.

All you experts can chin stroke and procrastinate as much as you like. England seem to have a pretty handy team on the rise. Be afraid haters. Be afraid :):upyeah:
