I bought a Labrador to help me with stress a hour walking in the woods and the stress just goes now got 3 labs so don't have time to be stressed
Bin the booze. Skin up a spliff and put some sounds on. Works for me. Time is relative. The slower you move, the more you have. Probably. Meh (ish)
This won't change much in your life but I can vouch for stop having warm showers. Do at least ten press-ups before getting into the shower with lovely cold water running. Then for about a minute wet yourself down, then turn water to a trickle. Lather up with soap & then blast off with more lovely cold water. Do not use a tower to dry off until you've stood or flexed for around 3-4 minutes. In this time you will notice your body heating up & regenerating your energy levels. Do this as a routine & you'll crave cold-showers. For its rejuvenating experience' I do have warm showers in winter.
I love my job, especially as from the end of this month I stop working Fridays as well as Mondays and finally become a Tuesday Wednesday And Thursday like you lot

I gym plenty. Doesn't help when you wake at 3am and think "it's 3am, don't think of work ...WORK"! Cue chest in vice and no more sleeping......
