Gopro Mounting On Monster Trellis Frame (or Elsewhere)?

Discussion in 'Clothing, Gadgets & Equipment' started by dubcat, Jul 12, 2019.

  1. Just ordered a Gopro (never had one before!). I think the helmet chin mounts provide the best footage. I don't want to start with that though - because my helmet is sexy and I don't want to ruin the aesthetics :kissing:

I was thinking of mounting the camera hanging off the trellis frame, pointing forwards, with the shocks in the shot. What do you think? Anywhere better to mount it?

If I do go with the trellis frame approach, how would I mount it without damaging the finish on the frame?

  2. FYI...the boingy bits at the front are called forks!

Put a bit of old inner tube around frame to prevent marking.
