  1. Newbie to the forum but back to the fold having just bought a 996.
    Always regretted selling my 916 back in 2008!

    All I need now is a pair of carbon cans, mono seat conversion, bucket loads of carbon, several tins of yellow paint and a damn good excuse to give the wife when she finds out I've gone and bought another bike!

  8. I'll be OK ..... after a bit of wriggling.
    After all she did encourage me to go racing back in the late 90's and actually bought me a new R6 in a crate at the end of 1998 for my 2nd season.
    Might even get away with rolled eyes and heavy sarcasm about not falling off again!
