  7. I tried to book on to test my bike after the crash, but it's fully booked, so I've booked Oulton on the Wednesday instead

  11. No, not that lot! I was thinking more along the lines of a track day enthusiast. Y'know, like a plumber who's got a track bike. He doesn't nor never has raced, he just likes doing track days.... A bloke like me :)

  12. Depending on the track day, but roughly
    1:40-1:50 would be fast
    1:50-2:00 inters

  13. I was there the other week for the track day, which works as the test day for the weekend’s racing, so the pace was a bit quicker than normal
I put my camera on for a session, so you can get a rough idea of the pace
If you skip to about 7 mins, you can see how fast Taylor mackenzie comes past me

  14. Blimey, that was great! 1.38! Oooft... And you still held your own when TM came past. I managed a 1.43 last time out. That'll do me. I'll do myself a mischief if I try going any faster :)
Interestingly, it just shows how far out our speedo's are. I was indicating 126mph down Craners, which is reading way over when compared with your GPS reading.
    Anyhow, thanks for posting :upyeah:

  15. Donny is great, like @graeme4130 said Fast group should be 1:40's and sometimes lower.

  16. No hanging about by you, Sir! That 999R's got some poke! Beautiful machines/engines. Nice :upyeah:

I'm obviously going to have to try harder

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  17. Yep I’ll be there on the black n gold 749/924.
As Graeme quoted anything sub 1:50 is good for the Quick group. I can scrape a mid 1:46. So have work to do!
