In the after market there is very little correlation between the price of new and previously owned items: I have here on my desk a brand new and unused Pankl titanium con-rod for a 999RS. From Pankl this retails at 1350€. It hasn’t covered 15000 kms like your clutch, so shall I offer it for sale for 1000€? Or 1200€? Will I be surprised when no-one offers to buy it or perhaps comments that I am a greedy prick? Or will I myself realise I was merely being an unrealistic opportunist who only uses the forum hoping to exploit an unsuspecting enthusiast with my overpriced ‘exotic’ baubles? You decide!
