There are some 1199 ones on eBay right now... you could go 848/1*98 Showa, radial calipers, and probably have cash left over for a full rebuild of forks to what you want the, to be (track or road orientated)
They are 9760 Ohlins, Same as in this Hislop bike that Foggy rode around the classic TT this year. Ill take a picture and post later. Although there is no point in discussing price until I know what I'm doing.
What other set ups fit and how much work is involved making it work? I’m enough of a tart to admit that I only want the Ohlins for the bling factor as having done so much work to this bike, it is unlikely to ever see a track tbh. How are you btw? Good to see you back
thanks. Was hoping to have a walk round the block but not stopped raining all day. Don’t know how compatible, but I know a lot have fitted the later forks to 9*6 bikes. Maybe @Nelson could tell you, I think he did that to his hybrids.
Thanks again. Hopefully he’ll pop in and give us the low down on what can and can’t be done. When do they say you’ll be fit to ride again?
‘They’ haven’t said anything! Drugs have floored me a bit. I’ll take car out tomorrow, see how that goes. Need to get an Apple Watch so I can monitor my AF issue and know if an event is coming
What i mean't was that a dealer has a set in stock for sale & the number is RG 9650 and not your number listed so the question for you;what's the difference if any between the two model numbers wise.?
@Tim K do you know if these bottoms have been replicated in ally, for purchase? Or if any CAD drawings are available?

Nice find, Tim. The seller’s from Alcalá de Guadaira! @Zhed46, I can pick these up and deliver them to you next summer!
Yikes! Well....it looks like the girlf has a long winter ahead of her standing on those frosty street corners
