The Perfect 3 Bike Garage Sub £20k

Discussion in 'Lounge' started by Cream_Revenge, Oct 20, 2019.

  1. So, perfect 3 bike garage.
1: for track days (must be fast , reliable and not too expensive in case it goes down at Craners)
2: appreciating (at least not deprecating) classic for odd Sunday ride to coffee/bacon meet.
3: odd commute, general hooning, occasional few day trip round Europe.

    Go!

  10. No Scrambler's or Monster's.
    No "ickle" versions (748/749).

  14. I wouldn’t look past an 1100 monster either tbh, stick drop bars on it and it will be suffice to for most uses.

  15. Ickle = little.

Scrambler are Monster are too small (feminine) for me.

  16. Glad I didn't suggest Barry Sheenes RG500 for the track then. Far too girlie for you!

  17. Not sure it would be fast these days (in my hands especially) or fit the "not to expensive to launch" part either.

  18. Greeves Scottish ( occasional pre '65 trials )

BSA B31 (Gold Star replica )

    Triumph Bonneville (Hinckley type)

    got 'em

  19. I expect around a twisty track it would show most people up.

Now whats this new "launch" rule?
