Booked for the 2013 hypermotard sp Can't wait looks fantastic in the flesh, I was up at Manchester dealer today but the demo bike not arrived yet
Was out on the Hyperstrada on Saturday. Its a cracking bike and the motor is a gem for road use. Nice noise too even on the standard can.
Took the hyperstrada out today, big cheesy grin, ordered the hyper mortard sp and hope to pick her up towards end of next weeweek can't wait
Speaking as a 'Never-Born-Before-Biker' , I went to Ducati Coventry (whom are an outstanding outfit), to just 'have a go' on a Panigale. I had come into a little money and wanted to buy myself a dream bike. All very well, until my licence was placed on the desk with less than 12 months of experience on it ( I'm 55 ) ! Disappointed, I could only look but not touch. Returning some few months later to look again at the basic version, I saw a vision. Like love at first sight, I saw the Tricolore ! It was sold and thus not even possible to swing my fat little leg over, but I was smitten. Enquiries were made to the polite young man in the sales-booth, who seemed more than happy to keep me appraised of matters Tri-coloured, should another become available. A while later, after I thought I might have missed the boat and the men in Italy had run out of any other colours other than red, I was told that, yes, I was fortunate enough to be able to put my name on the one arriving in the next week. Thus I became the purchaser of a brand new Panigale S Tricolore, WITHOUT EVER TAKING A TEST RIDE !
Ok we'll done you, would you buy a car without a test drive? A case of heart rules head maybe? A rush of blood, mid life crisis? LoLol have fun and as someone said...insurance.....OUCH oh and welcome to the "sect" now your in this cult you will find it hard to leave
Nice one. Perhaps an extension on the garage next! is that three bikes now or have i missed anything. Steve
Birdie: the gsxr750 gone, so that leaves me with the 996 and the hyper SP....2 bikes only, no extension needed...wife would have fit LOL
