We have two '18 821s in our family, one red and one black. Both are fantastic bikes. Both have loud pipes on them. The red one has toured Europe a few times and is very capable. Only problem is that one of them has problems with the back brake, it needs bleeding almost monthly, if left there will be no brake at all. The other is fine.
R&G tail tidy, rear footrests removed. She won't take passengers. My Supersport at the back has the same as the original M821 plate holder for comparison.
very neglected... i keep looking at parts to restore it but the money keeps getting spent on ducati bits.. oh to be rich!
They are indeed beautiful machines. Nicely packaged, full of tech, easy to use around town and good acceleration and very reasonably priced. I m only selling as I had to live with one to find out that naked sports bikes doesn't suit me.
