Any shit car for less than a grand that has originated in Japan, Best 916 SPS I could get for 5 grand (the spare 4 grand may even get it going )
FZ1s, with all the ‘bits’ fitted and fettled. Good ones between 4-5£ k Handles, goes, stops. Bombproof. Any 1.9 vw tdi around £5k. Go like stink, economic, run for ever.
I’d get the guy to take £5k for the M3 as it’s Xmas and if he doesn’t sell it in the next week, he’ll be stuck with it til March. EDIT: Maybe not. Over 50% of his “description” is basically an all caps rant about not taking offers! “AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY SWAPS. £6500 FIRM. NO OFFERS. CASH ON COLLECTION.NO PAYPAL.IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE ASKING PRICE DO NOT CONTACT ME.TO VIEW RING 07540 395921. VIEWING WILL HAVE TO BE WEEKENDS” Judging by that, it seems like a case of “TYT by number plate, TYT by nature”
Agree 100%. I’ve had one, it was awesome and when I sell my 911, I’m thinking of getting another one. £5k will get you an early high mileage SMG in silver. Estoril blue and Velvet blue cars (I had a 330ci Clubsport in that shade - pic attached) are a bit more expensive. The value of well looked after low mileage manuals in nice colours will go through the roof soon.
Noice. I had the E92 for a couple of years but every time I drove past a 46 there was something about it that made me what it instead of the 92. That noise, absolute jizz fest.
If you buy a Jag, you better like a disco light set up in your dash. Limp mode is frequently the mandatory performance setting as opposed to Sport.
You don't have to spend a fortune to have a good time, and my ego is stroked when ever people comment on it. Admittedly I have put a few extras into the car and bike with exhausts, wheels, brakes and tuning but all second hand stuff.
That is cool as f@$k.. I was looking at getting a pick up for lugging mtbs about, I hadn't even considered a holden. ffs I'm back on autotrader.
Why didn't you just call the thread "Buy a £5k car and a £5k bike" With your criteria I can't buy a £9.5k superbike and a £500 shit box banger. I can't wait till we leave the EU and we bin all of these crippling, restrictive rules.
