Looks like it just locks in. The std span adjuster doesnt come far enough forward, quite, to lever it out. There is a tiny hole in one side of the cylinder and I wasnt sure if they needed something, but cant see how it would make a difference. Got to try and find it in my pdf manual now
There's a sleeve that holds the two parts together that need to be tapped out, can't see it on the drawing. Be careful as there's a tiny spring in there that will drop out! View attachment 14174
Thx yes I saw it was in 2 so a sleeve and looks like a very small grub screw hole but no screw. Am stuck on m6 so won't be gaming a go tonight but hope to tm
Cant see how to get it out? Heres the affending part, plus a shot of the little spring at the end that stops me from pulling the lever back far enough
You just tap/drift it out mate. Hold it in a vice by the tab bit and tap. Try a small a small socket and tap away.
Is it the sleeve right at the end? The silver bit? If so I've been looking at the wrong thing...but wouldn't want to feck it up as I have a TD net weekend
The shiney silver bit (sleeve) that the lever sorta turns on. Tap it out, but watch for where that little spring goes!
Thx for the help, done, in half hr now I know what bit to knock out Plunger rubber not too lined up but sure will work ok...and the sleeve doesnt go back in on new levers so bonus
