I always wake up when daylight begins to spread throughout the sky which is bloody annoying in the summer months when the sun rises at 5ish and bloody difficult to get up in the winter months when it's not rising until almost 9am, try to get to bed/sleep 10-11ish aiming for about 8hrs on average throughout the year (just a little bit retired), but I ALWAYS have to get up in the middle of the night to go for a fecking piss
Depends if you include the hours on the sofa prior to waking up and going to bed - 6 hours in the pit but that’s quite often preceded by an hour or so nodding in front of the telly
I don’t sleep well my bones don’t like being in one position they start to hurt I might get 4 hours through the night so..... my weekends off I like to vegetate in my bed drinking tea and eating biscuits
