Still Looking For A 996sps Alternator Case

still looking for a twin pickup 996sps alternator case. I was prepared to buy new but none available from factory. Any race teams out there with a spare case from their old race bikes? thanks

 

thanks for that. I will follow it up. I saw a case on italian ebay yesterday advertised as a sps/r case but when i compared the photos with my case it is different in some areas and when i checked it is for the r ,which has a different alternator. looked at your photos and yours looks good. mine has only 4000 miles on the clock but fell against another bike in the shed and a foot rest cracked the case slightly. it holds oil but i like it to be spot on.

not sure what you mean by 3 phase. my bike is a 1999 sps and the case has 98 and FT cast into it.

 

3 yellow wire so i guess 3 phase.

 

dont know.it is just what is cast into case next to rose design with 98 in the middle.
