1260 Lower Foot Pegs

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by R-R, Feb 5, 2020.

  1. Hi Guys

Had a look through the forums for this but haven’t found anything for the multi, due to duff knees I need to lessen the bend in my legs a touch with the exception of sw motech pegs not found anything? Has anyone found an alternative solution or any experience of the sw motech pegs?

Tried high seat but little legs just a bit too much of a stretch,

    Thanks in advance

    Griff

  2. Iconic Parts do some adjustable pegs as well. Haven't tried them, just another option to look at.

  3. I just bought a 950S and noticed that the rider peg rubbers were about 20mm deeper than the passenger. I swapped them round and gained a 20mm lower rider peg, little difference but noticeable when on the bike.. Yours may be similar...

  5. Not much feedback, so can only assume its generally not an issue on the multi for bods on here.

Bit more research and Gilles via performance parts have quite a range of pegs, all interchangeable, with a 20mm lowering bracket or a 30 to 40mm lowering bracket. They do a sports peg a touring one and enduro version (very similar to the GS ones I had), gone for the touring ones with 20mm lowering bracket see how we get on.

  6. So fitted the 20mm lower brackets and they feel really good. In reality these drop the peg 32mm from top of OEM rubber to face of new peg.
