As above please is the power commander lll the same for all these? I need the 704 411 and there is one on eBay but says the main number is 704 710 but does state two other numbers in small and one being the one I need so think it is the right one but does anyone know for sure, cheers.
748/916/996 all use the same PC3, I think Dynojet only list the part for 996 but they are all the same. Just don't use a map from a different model. Best load a 'zero' map then get it mapped on the dyno.
let me know how you get on Bish..ive toyed with the idea of a power commander and would like to know the pros and cons.
Got round to fitting this the other day, and I've no idea what map is on it as it was bought 2nd hand but it now feels like a different bike, so much smoother and more pleasant to ride, and feels more responsive and just keeps on pulling very happy indeed
