Dealer Bikes Bradford, Any Good?

  1. Never heard of them, are you after this :bucktooth:
    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2016-ORA...488960?hash=item4b77162c00:g:96sAAOSwOL9egpbQ

  2. I see they big themselves up in the blurb, “bike supplier to the trade”. Ha, more likely to be just another trader working out of a small unit that frequents the local auctions and underwrites trade in bikes for the local dealers. Buyer beware. Andy

  3. Comes with no MOT - zoom in and you will see why! MOT testers love spikes :)

  4. Never heard of them

  5. I did suspect they were taking dealers trade-ins and making a small margin, they had a 950 Multi in last week for a good price, sodl very quickly.

  6. Could be part of, or a mate of Rite Bike (webuyanybike.co.uk) - their show room is in the pictures just over the road.

  7. AFAIK they’re part of a dealer network, whilst looking for a deal on a KTM I looked on eBay at 1 in Potteries motorcycles. Being a little/lot nosy I clicked on their other for sale items which took me to dealerbikes.

So they’re part of a larger group, maybe they’re a little like webuyanybike kinda thing and that’s their company or maybe they are more a re-seller of PX’s into dealers.

  8. Yip, Rite Bike as suspected , I bought a 999S off them and sold it a year later to Suoerbike Factory for £1000 more than I paid. Also got an MV750 F4S off them cheap that I still have. Both bikes were spot on.
They buy cheap and sell cheap but don’t have the best after sales - so you if you do your checks you can get a bargain.

  9. Based on their past record of dissolving companies at an alarming rate I wouldn’t be happy sending them funds and waiting for delivery of a bike.
I would rather collect it in person (once lockdown is over) or have courier of my choice collect, only transfer funds once courier is happy with it.
The Apriliia RSV looks good value at £5100

  10. Yes, you need to go down, do a full history check and take it on face value - with no expectation of warranty. Don't expect it to be serviced properly either :)

  11. I've been to Bradford twice to buy cars, and they were probably the worst 2 cars I have ever viewed, certainly not as described. o_O

I realise this doesn't help you at all, but wanted to get that off my chest. :innocent:

  14. Quite the contrary all advice is appreciated. I’m just keeping an eye on their stock. Nothing in particular grabs my attention.
