I can get up eat bacon and eggs, fried mushrooms just no toast or beans and keep my weight at 70kg at 5'7 but eat everything I want the weekend is that the bit you don't trust or cos you think I'm probably a lying cu*t ?
Been around around a hundred?? years. I have lost 125lbs. It IS NOT LOW CARB HIGH FAT!!!! That will kill you because when they do that to show you this is unhealthy their low carb is still very high... Just not ALL CHIPS... Keto is near Zerp carbs for me. Wow, inspirational stuff! I have just caught up with this post and am getting into baking after got my hands on a Panasonic breadmaker. It's mainly used to prepare the dough for panini/ciabattas and last night even had a go at home made pizzas. I have to say I was delighted with mine; tomato sauce, spinach (fresh from the garden), mozarella, garlic, chilli, gherkin, sun dried tomatoes, spicy bbq sausage, stilton, herbs.....bloody marvellous I may even be brave enough to take on your next challenge
