have you tried grabcad Grant?

 

Don’t know if it helps but i dowloaded a 900ss cafe racer in step and viewed in my software. It’s 212Meg from grab cab.

Can you not get the stl files converted into wetted surfaces?
What software are you looking to bring them into?

 

You are extremely unlikely to find a parametric model: 1) it's a niche market 2) that's a lot of work to just give away. It depends on what you want to do with it - that STP file above is a good start and you could add the parametric detail to that yourself...
What are you trying to do?

 

on the back of this aswell, the first Ducati to be designed on cad was the 999 which was mostly Alias for surfacing, so it's unlikely that anything other than enthusiast created cad is out there.

 

Pretty much what I’ve done in the past having access to creo (pro eng) . May as well use someone else’s hard work if freely available . Don’t have access , now retired but manage my designs with other software non parametric but solid surface which I find great fun and very intuitive to use.
