Hi, Has anyone had a fuelling module like a PC, Bazzazz, Rapidbike or the ecu flashed on the 1200 DVT?? If so, did it really need it, and has it made an improvement ?? TIA
As far as I know, Chris Steedman (CJS) in Bristol, http://www.cjsracing.co.uk/, was in the process of cracking the DVT ECU about 18 months/2 years ago and the web site states ‘any ECU’. Might be worth getting in contact - not by phone as Chris tends not to answer it when busy which is always. Andy
Chris does indeed have a generic map for the DVT, you have to remove the lambda sensors and exhaust valve servo, send the ecu to him and for £250 he will work his magic. He says he has had good reviews from those who have had it done, I have not but may well do in the future. I am going on a 11 day trip September so will wait until I get back.
Thanks, BigAlan, I have a decat Arrow system and freer flowing air filter, so imagine it will benefit from a re map. Away at the mo, will have a look when I get back.
