Last week I was diagnosed with a subluxation (partial dislocation) of my left shoulder and told to rest it. So, bearing that medical advice in mind this week I have done 2 of the 3 track days I already had booked (Monday and today) However, I was in agony when I woke up on Tuesday morning and imagine I will be again tomorrow, so I think doing another TD on Saturday is pushing it, therefore I am selling my spot. It’s a No Limits day. Intermediate/Advanced (group 3 of 4) but I imagine you’ll be able to move up or down if need be. £115 or £142 inc tyre warmer hire (still waiting on my replacements, thanks to J&S). PM if interested but don’t hang around as it’s the day after tomorrow so if nobody has snapped it up by late morning tomorrow I’ll ask NL to offer it to someone on their reserve list. Cheers.
Well if they are happy dropping a group then I’ll take it. I’m Tracking a small capacity bike this year so getting into too fast a group is a little dangerous. But Lydden is the perfect track for it, had a blast there’s in June. Registered with Nolimits so could be a simple name change
Hi there. I've only just seen all the replies as I fell asleep early and have only just woken up. I'll PM you. As @Mary Hinge says - you should be able to drop a group if needs be. In fact, that was my plan because compared to modern stuff I was going to be on an old and slow bike, plus, I am also old and slow (and injured). It's just that they only had a space in Inters/Fast so I took it.
I've spoken to No Limits and also Trackdays.co.uk who I made the booking through but unfortunately they can't guarantee a group swap as they're fully booked and so it would be a case of asking on the day. They're presently offering out to their reserve list so it's now fingers crossed. In the meantime if anyone else is interested, please PM me or contact Trackdays.co.uk on 01376 809001 Cheers.
And if I’d spent my life listening to women I also probably wouldn’t be divorced, I’d own my own home and I’d have a lot more money in the bank, so “meh”
Ooh, not had a Topic in aeons Never noticed the chocolate starfish on the end of the nut before... Sorry.
Right...... As nobody bit and the organisers don’t seem to have been able to replace me (me being irreplaceable, and all) there’s a freebie spot going now if someone is willing to just pitch up at Lydden tomorrow morning and hope that an email telling No Limits and trackdays.co.uk I’ve given you my spot suffices.
“ nuts o o hazelnuts, Cadbury’s take em and dey cover dem in chocolate” that’s if it’s still ok to sing such a jingle these days.. X
