New Panigale V2 Owner From London

Discussion in 'Newbies Hangout' started by RainDanceKid, Sep 10, 2020.

  1. Hello everyone!

As of today, I am the proud owner of a new Panigale V2. I bumped into one of the forum members Expat Jack at the dealership (On Yer Bike) who mentioned there's a great bunch here with a huge wealth of knowledge.

My previous bike was a Daytona 675R which I absolutely loved for the last 9 years, but when I saw the Panigale V2 at the NEC last November, I just knew.

    I've made a few mods:
    Akra end can
    Evotech rad guards
    Evotech tail tidy
    Seat cowl

Initial impression after 100 miles - really sweet handling, it turns in so easily, but a bit of a handful at slow speeds in traffic. The vibey V twin couldn't be more different from the Triumph triple - and I can't wait to explore its character over coming months.

Really looking forward to chatting and getting advice here.

  12. Yeah. That will stick around for a good few years. Welcome to Ducati ownership and enjoy.
PS The v2 and V4s are really easy to ride compared to older Dukes. Just saying. ;)
