  3. Had the day off work, hasn’t been best day to be fair. Got the 748 out remembering it would prob need petrol although the light hadn’t come on yet. Just about got in to Aylesbury and cut out. Out of petrol no light on. Great half a mile push and its27 degrees. Guy stopped in a van absolute gent threw some petrol in started straight away.( 200 yards from petrol station ) now sweating like the proverbial fill up and I’ll got to OYB get a can. Bloody cafe shut and water cooler out of use due to Covid. Bollox I’ll go home. Get off bike pull a muscle in my back.

Fine I’ll stop on floor and watch telly - love a day off

  4. Went for a swim in the sea at Gorelston on sea. Was joined by an inquisitive seal for about 3 minutes. Bobbing along beside me. Not cold at all. 20C air temp and almost deserted beach. Sweet.

  5. Not a lot of crime around here TBH plus the garages are not visable from the street. The closest fire is 60 miles away but the smoke and ashe was everywhere for a couple of days. I really done see it getting any better in the years to come.
Looks like the weather is good across the pond.

  6. Yes, I meant the fire situation, no idea of your neighbourhood but trust it's "ok". I had a bike stolen about a month ago which gave me a massive wake-up call.. nothing has happened here like this before. I was extremely fortunate to find and recover myself after following a hunch.

  7. Your right Chris, it only takes one time, I need to put some kind of locks on the bikes. Well done on getting your bike back on your own.

  8. Looks like they did it in a safe manner with nothing obstructing  no danger to other road users. If they are skilful enough then safer than a lot of folk on 2 wheels. Dave Thorpe once got off a wheelie fine as he demonstrated his skills were good enough to wheelie around the full IOM circuit, so what has changed over the years : soft lefty pathetic cry babies that’s what - Mad Max Times ahead come the revolution :p

  15. I went to see Mad Max at the York Odeon in 1981 when I was 17. I went on my newly acquired Z1000 with a mate on a Z900 and we parked directly outside the doors on the path with gay abandon o_O

  16. You think? Under this present “revolution” you can’t “mingle” with more than five other people so I hardly think any Mad Max shenanigans will be remotely allowed :p
