After reading a lot of your post in the art of Gastronomics i am not to surprised at your dislikes. Me i love plain unadulterated food, whip off his horns wipe his ass i'll eat him as he is.

 

As will I, just not all of the animal if it’s beef. Pretty much eaten everything of a pig and a sheep in one form or another Black pudding, white pudding and Haggis are high on the list of likes. Andy
