IME, this is an outsourced facility. The person at the end of the chat line is just there to take questions which are passed back to the dealership, they have little or no product knowledge or experience. Andy
Went through this with a car dealer last year. Took me a couple of messages to realise it was an advanced chat bot talking to me. Clever stuff!

It is all getting very confusing for a simple soul, now. I take it that she doesn't have a dick? Anyone know what's happening with Edinburgh Uni now? I presume that they don't have Ladies and Gents toilets now, as that labels people? You just have "Toilet" and could find anyone in there - men, women, pre and post-op trannies. If you say to your mates, "I'm just going for a slash!", then that is sexist and you could be chastised and even thrown out of uni. It was so much simpler when I went to uni. All that you had to do was learn the course and pass exams. Didn't need to worry about anything else, except dinking to excess. Simple.
I was taking it that only men have something to wave around and "slash" I dunno, though and stand (literally, as women sit)to be corrected. Just the first thing I thought of.
