As for "having three fingers on throttle\two on brake" that's even more full retard. You never want to put yourself in a position to be giving the rear wheel gas while also braking the front wheel (unless you're doing a burnout, but you don't need to mod the 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 throttle for that).
I suspect it means covering the brake or being able to easily blip gas while braking rather than doing both at once
