2nd July - Poole Bike Night

  1. Looks like I have an unexpected day at home so will be heading over to Poole mid afternoon from Taunton to get there nice n early and blag a place on the harbour front.

    Weather dependant - of course :-/

    Anyone care to join me?

  3. Sounds like a good excuse for a blast down from London. Assuming I have some new bits for the Ducati, she may even make it down herself :upyeah:

  4. Ok - perhaps nearer the date we can arrange a mutually convenient time & place to meet near Poole on the way in.

  5. I could be up for this......but depends on parts coming in at Riders! :rolleyes:

    What route do you take Dave?......I could head down to Taunton M5 junction or maybe head over the Mendips and catch you on route.

  6. I'd normally go via Yeovil & Dorchester - nice, fast & sweeping - and then onto Poole via Tolpuddle by-pass (need to watch out for speed traps there!) ... but I'm open to alternative suggestions.

  7. Would love to say yes but bike still in bits and have to work this weekend. Possible keep me in the loop and may find the time to put it back together

  13. So is that the plan. Meet at CC's? errr where is that? :tongue: My Ducati wont really be ready, so i'll be down on the Ninja. Is okay, i'll hang back off the end of the group :biggrin:

  14. Weather isn't looking awesome at the min. I'll decide closer to the day.

    And if i can be arsed to put my lights/ mirrors etc back on the bike.

  19. I've just been informed that my youngest daughter is appearing in a play so I won't be going to Poole, I'll be going to support her instead.

    I might be able to get to Hunters on Thursday evening but not till 8:30 or so.

  20. I dont think i'll be making the trip down from London today. Not really worth it for a grey overcase day on a ZX7R, even if it one of the nicest parts of the country
