Dash Backlight

  1. Hi all, I’ve got a 21 plate V4s,only had it for a month or so and last time I was on it I noticed that the dash back light was black. I thought it would change when it got a bit brighter but it didn’t. Went into the menu to check it was on auto and it was. Does anyone know where the sensor is to check it’s nothing obvious, otherwise ill get in touch with dealer

  2. I'm not on a V4S but I think the sensor's in the dash.

  4. Definitely in the dash on my 1200 Enduro, switches with my phone torch shining at it in the garage.

  6. So the sensor is definitely in the dash somewhere. Just shone a torch at dash and it changed to daytime mode straightaway. So it seems there’s nothing wrong with it after all. Maybe just needs a brighter day than we’ve had lately. Thanks for the help
