I run the wheels above on my 1199, and like the styling to be honest, but have an urge for a set of Carbon Dymag wheels if I can get some.. not a great fan of the BST Mamba rear, but the OEM versions are nice ( V4sp etc)
Hi Nath. Think that’s what I’m going to get, the 10 spoke SL copies. Had the 7 spoke Mambas on my 998 and they suited that. Agree that they look a bit dated on the Panigale.
I was really surprised on the weight of the rear Panigale or the 1198sp wheels, the tire was heavier.. the old days of cast wheels ( brembo etc) swapped to carbon the difference was outstanding, I had a set of Dymags on my old 748 and it was like giving the bike 20 hp in throttle reaction. im no expert, but would like to try a set on the 1199 to feel the difference on turn in etc from standard.
