Everyone says that....im still lightly tubby tipping 16stone with arms like twigs....ive not lost a pound....digging the firepit was approx 20 tonnes in itself....that was 3 weeks (2 hours a night during the week days) and 4 hours each day on the weekends and just to make it really hard once id gotten down below 18" it was clay all the way....the hole at the top right was for the soakaway (another metre down again)....
