Sun 21 July - Sammy Miller - Italiano Day

Discussion in 'Rideouts & Events' started by Pete1950, Jul 5, 2013.

  1. You don't get even in the nice bits, just the road in with the million other caravn-dragging, old banger camper driving tourists

Fancy meeting up for a coffee chat and blatt but cant face the 140deg balls from sitting in traffic for over half an hour

  2. Maybe see you there but I'm no early bird so it'll be later in the day if I go.

  3. Take the thumper go 'off road'

  4. No mot and lost tax disc last time I went 'off roading' ;-)

  5. hi is anyone going from the Eastbourne area? Might go , can I buy a ticket there ?

  6. Few meeting at Hilltop Salisbury at 10 for brekkie they heading to Sammys 11 ish if anyone wishes to meet up

Some also heading north away from the newly gritted roads :p

  7. I was there today. Thought the museum was amazing, some great history there. Looked like when I was leaving they were getting set up for tomorrow. The guy at the desk wasn't sure what the turnout would be but I'm sure it'll be lots! Ppl coming on the M27, turn off at junction 1 and turn right at the next roundabout and head along the A337 to Lyndhurst then pick up A35 towards New Milton. The turning u need is on the left, there's a big(10ft high?)stone cross on your left and a light wood colour picket fence on the right. You can't miss it.

  9. Sorry guys and to all the 851/888 forum boys. I will not be able to make it today after all. Small matter of being in hospital keeping me away from a Ducati meet, disgraceful I know!

  10. Get well soon.

    Regards Steve

    Regards Steve

  12. How did it go? Lovely weather out there yesterday. I ended up driving back from Ross-on-Wye after spending the Saturday at a wedding in Wales. Note to self, must ride the whole A40 :upyeah:

  13. Loads of different Italian bikes. Plenty of Duc's. The ride down was drizzling with rain when I left and roasting on the way back. I wouldn't have found the place if I hadn't followed a guy with a sat nav. A big thank you to him. lapman
