Hi all I have recently purchased the Techair 5 airbag & have paired it etc but when I put it on & the system check lights are remaining on - the green & amber lights are staying on - can anyone tell me why? And hopefully help me? TIA
I’m assuming that this is an airbag system that links to the bike? Mine is an Ixon and is independent of the bike and works using gyroscopics/satellites etc.
Did you just power it up and turn it on or are you wearing it? It needs to detect movement on initial start up before it goes solid green

With bluetooth on I find to connect, phone must be close to vest to pair.Then prompts to connect to system. It should say status connected?
I have a Tech 5. The Bluetooth connection isn't the best but it will connect after a bit of patience! If you have it connected to record your rides it will drain your phone very quickly. Make sure the airbag software is kept up to date too. If your phone isn't connected to the bag the bag will still work and battery life is about 30 hours.
