Socket size required.

  1. I need to remove the front wheel of my M696. Can anyone tell me what size socket I need for the front axle. Thanks.

  6. Don't you think that was my first port of call? Not that simple. 27mm socket too small. 28mm sloppy fit to the point where I was concerned that I'd be rounding off the heads. The perfect fit is a ww 1 5/8" !!

  8. My thoughts as well.......just try an AF socket instead......
