Hi All, looking for a SF tank in red,new as old one has swollen. I have reached out to a few ali fabricators to see if they are interested in making a few and maybe we can do a group buy.
Got a quote from ETTO motorcycles, £2,500 plus £350 to fit the standard fuel cap and breather tube. Then you'd have to get it painted. Oh a standard tank to make a mould. So all in about £3,700...

Thanks Tom, I've left a post on there see if anyone else is interested in getting these elusive tanks, emailed tecnorace so hopefully get a response. I think they are worth while as ethanol is unavoidable

They got some, I think 6. Looked at the other thread and a gent in the UK got his and fitted perfectly. Bit of a dilemma, either go with the cheap option and get a plastic replacement from italy or the expensive ali one which will still need painting
"They got some, I think 6" yes, but no future plans at present, I know "Beater" in Japan will make you one, and probably for less than 3.7K.. EDIT - about £1500 for 1098 but Streetfighter no longer listed.
that's a shame, they used to be up for one-offs at one point in the past, and I know they quoted for Streetfighter also.
